Welcome to Clean Cut Nutrition. By accessing our website www.cleancutnutrition.co.uk and placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. About Us

Clean Cut Nutrition (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides freshly prepared chef-made meals and supplements for delivery within designated areas in the UK.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide a valid delivery address within our delivery area

  • Have the authority to use the payment method provided

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed through our website and confirmed once payment is received in full.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (we do not store your card details).

  • You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

  • Orders close at the advertised cut-off time — usually Sunday 3pm for Wednesday delivery (this may vary and will be shown on the website each week).

4. Prices and Discounts

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Discounts, voucher codes, and promotions are valid only for the period stated and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update prices or withdraw offers at any time.

5. Deliveries

  • Deliveries are made on the day specified at checkout (currently Wednesdays, unless otherwise stated).

  • Meals are delivered fresh and chilled in temperature-controlled packaging.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If you are not in, the driver will leave it in the safe place you’ve specified.

  • As meals are perishable, we cannot attempt redelivery.

We are not responsible for loss or spoilage if the delivery is left unattended at your request.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because our meals are fresh and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once food has been prepared or dispatched.

However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged packaging, missing items, or incorrect meals), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@cleancutnutrition.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.

Cancellations may be made before the weekly cut-off time (Sunday 3pm) — after this time, your order will be in production and cannot be cancelled.

7. Allergies and Dietary Information

All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, nuts, soy, dairy, and shellfish.
We take great care with cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Full ingredient and allergen information is provided for each meal on our website.
It is your responsibility to check this information before ordering.

8. Nutritional & Supplement Products

We also offer supplements and protein products.
These are for personal use only and should not replace a balanced diet.
Always consult a medical professional if you have any underlying conditions or are unsure about suitability.

9. Website Use

  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

  • All content, logos, and images are the property of Clean Cut Nutrition and must not be copied or used without permission.

  • We may update or remove content, pricing, or services without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to ensure accuracy and quality:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the total price paid for that order.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted on our website.

By continuing to use our services after an update, you agree to the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
