At Clean Cut Nutrition, we deliver freshly prepared, chef-made meals and supplements straight to your door. This policy explains how and when we deliver, and what to expect from your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected postcodes across our local region.
You can check whether we deliver to your area on our website using our “Check Your Postcode” feature or by viewing our Delivery Areas page.
We’re always expanding — if we don’t yet deliver to your area, you can register your interest and we’ll let you know when we do.
2. Delivery Days & Cut-Off Times

Main delivery day: Wednesdays

Order cut-off: Sunday at 3pm for Wednesday delivery
Orders placed after the weekly cut-off will automatically roll over to the following week’s delivery.
If delivery days change (e.g. during holidays or special offers), updated details will always be shown on our website and social media.
3. Delivery Process
All meals are prepared fresh to order and delivered chilled, ready to refrigerate and heat at your convenience.
You’ll receive an email or message once your order is out for delivery.
Our drivers will deliver directly to your address during the scheduled delivery window.
If you won’t be home, please provide a safe place at checkout (for example, “leave in porch” or “leave with neighbour”).
Because our meals are perishable, we cannot attempt redelivery — the order will be left in your chosen safe place.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your postcode.
Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free delivery — details are shown on our website when available.
5. Packaging & Storage
Your meals are packaged in insulated, temperature-safe containers to keep them chilled during delivery.
Once received, please refrigerate immediately and follow the storage and use-by instructions on each meal label.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is missing, late, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Supplements & Retail Products
Non-perishable items such as supplements or protein powders are typically shipped via courier and may arrive separately from your meal delivery.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days within the UK.

Clean Cut Nutrition reserves the right to update or change delivery days, areas, or pricing. Any changes will be communicated clearly via our website and social channels.
