Refund Policy

At Clean Cut Nutrition, every order is freshly prepared to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because of this, we have specific refund and cancellation terms that protect both our customers and our kitchen operations.
1. Fresh Meals – Non-Returnable
All of our meals are made to order and perishable, which means we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once food has been prepared or dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights — if something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
2. If There’s a Problem with Your Order
We always aim for your order to arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

A short description of the issue

A photo, if possible
We’ll review your case and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

A replacement meal or product

A partial refund or credit towards your next order
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before the weekly cut-off (usually Sunday 3pm for Wednesday delivery).
After the cut-off, your order will be in preparation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you need to cancel, please email us at info@cleancutnutrition.co.uk as soon as possible.
4. Supplements & Retail Items
For non-perishable items such as protein powders and supplements, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund — provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect when you received it.
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
